The Pressure Can Sealing Ring Fits Around The Inside Edge Of The Lid AndCreates A Pressure Seal Between TheLid And The Body Of The Pressure CanDuring Canning And Cooking
Installation:
1:Remove the old used seal and overpressure plug.Thoroughly clean pressure cooker seal ring grooves and overpressure plug holes.
2:Wash the new sealing ring and overpressure plug withwarm soapy water, and then dry thoroughly. Installthe sealing ring until it is fully seated. Make sure toinstall it under the stopper and lock pin, at the inneredge of the cover.
3:If necessary, to help make the cover easier to open and close, a very light coating of cooking oil may be applied to the underside of the body lugs and sealing ring.
4:Install the overpressure plug, push the side of theplug (marked “TOP”), enter the opening from thebottom of the cover. The indented part of the plug canbe seen from the underside of the cover.
5:When the lid is lightly placed on the body of the pressure cooker, press Once installed, open and close the lid a few times to make sure the ring is fully seated.
