I remember the moment when I vowed never to use a plastic storage container again. After dinner was finished, I was in the kitchen cleaning up. I needed a few containers to store the leftovers. I opened the pantry, and out came pouring a pile of plastic food storage containers. Most were cracked, warped, and looked like they had food permanently stuck to them! I tossed every single one in the trash and made a promise to myself to never go back to that again!
