The knob falls out. What should I do?
Just screw the knob into the ceramic grinder.
The grinder is working but salt or pepper doesn’t come out. Why ?
Let KM logo upward when flipping the grinder. It’s the proper position to make the fillings fall into the inlet in the container precisely. Please do not load the spices overfill.
Can shaker grind damp salt?
Please replace any damp salt with fresh ones before grinding. A friendly reminder: do not grind damp salt as it might damage the mill.
Does it include batteries? What kind of batteries are needed?
No, the grinder doesn’t include batteries. Please use 6 AAA alkaline batteries only.
How do I clean the Salt & Pepper Grinder?
The acrylic container is washable. For the rest of its parts to clean, remove the batteries first and wipe clean with a damp towel. DO NOT submerge underwater, rinse under running water, or place in a dishwasher.

How did you come up with the idea for this product?
It began as a family effort to help make life easier for Mama Ola, because she was having a hard time in the kitchen with her arthritic hands. After brainstorming through many ideas such as ergonomic cutting boards and star-trek style utensils, we settled on a cordless electric products because that was the most difficult task for her.
